England Bring Back Saka While Bellingham, Phil Foden & Jack Grealish Are Omitted
The Arsenal forward has scored a dozen goals in 44 appearances for England.
England have called up Bukayo Saka for upcoming games against Wales and Latvia, however no room for Bellingham, Phil Foden or Jack Grealish.
Arsenal forward Bukayo Saka missed last month's qualifier successes against Andorra and Serbia with a hamstring issue.
Saka recently returned for his club and scored in their victory over the Greek side on Wednesday.
The England international replaces club colleague Noni Madueke, who is out of action until November because of a knee injury.
England face Wales in a friendly at Wembley this week before a World Cup qualifier in Latvia on 14 October.
If England win in Latvia, they will require a maximum of two points from their final two matches against Serbia and Albania in the next month to qualify for next summer's tournament in North America.
Leverkusen's Jarell Quansah comes in for Newcastle United’s Tino Livramento, who is sidelined for two months after suffering a knee issue against the Gunners last weekend.
Elliot Anderson and Djed Spence, who received their first England call-ups last month, retain their places. Ruben Loftus-Cheek also remains in the squad, even with the return to fitness of Wharton.
Saka has only played one game for Tuchel since he became England manager, because of fitness and hamstring injuries.
Bellingham was absent from the previous squad as he was rehabilitating after shoulder surgery and has managed just one start for his club since returning to fitness.
The Manchester City player was left out from Tuchel's previous selection after a dip in performance and has been unsuccessful in returning, even with a impressive beginning to the season with City.
The forward also misses out despite a revival in form on loan at Everton. The 30-year-old has not featured for England since last year.

'Focus on omissions over inclusions'
The manager’s latest England squad draws attention to the players the head coach has left out rather than the players he has selected.
Bellingham’s exclusion may raise some eyebrows but the coach believes there is no need to recall the Madrid midfielder.
City’s Foden and loanee Grealish have both performed well at the start of the season.
Those who Tuchel utilised in the team’s World Cup qualifier wins versus Andorra and Serbia merit the reward of continuity.
It will bring disappointment that Arsenal's Madueke is not involved because of injury.
Anderson has looked right at home at international level.
Tuchel is a admirer of Grealish, in particular, as well as the City star.
One unexpected move, it is the absence of Palace’s Adam Wharton.
The star, of course, will be required further down the line.
